It’s located in South Anchorage (Potter Valley) and is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

Three of the bedrooms (including the master) are located on the top floor along with a separate room with a washer/dryer included. The master has a beautiful view of the ocean with a jetted jacuzzi tub.

The middle floor has a nice office, two spacious living rooms (one with a gas fireplace), and two dining rooms. One is a formal dining room, and the other is right off the kitchen.

The living room opens up to a nice size balcony with an ocean view from the living room! The middle floor also has a private patio in the back that overlooks the backyard and the beautiful perennial plants. The first floor has a bedroom with a full bathroom and a wet bar.

It’s a great space for long term visitors, or guests coming in from out of town. It has a huge garage and if needed, we have an amazing lawnmower along with garden and house tools!

We have never had a pet in the home, but for the right family we would be open to it (please note the backyard is not fenced). We are zoned for Rabbit Creek Elementary, Goldenview Middle School and South High School.

The property can come completely furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished (your preference!).

Please note the basement is unfurnished. If the house looks like it may work for you, I can send you pictures of the furniture to see if that would work for you as well.

The home was built in 2003 but has been remodeled over the last few years.

Owner pays HOA with Wi-Fi included. One year lease required. Deposit and first month’s rent required to hold the property.

Tenant pays all utilities and yard maintenance/snow maintenance. Pet upon approval. No smoking. Very well-maintained home 🙂 in a great neighborhood.
