Pets are allowed, with an extra cost for pet rent($150/month per pet), as well as an increased deposit ($500 per pet).
For any damages, we will work with you to assess the cause, and if it is reasonably determined to be wear and tear we will cover the repair. For unusual or renter-caused damage, the renter will be responsible.
